[SWING] Consent to Receive Marketing Information

Under Article 22, Paragraph 4 of the Personal Information Protection Act, it is not mandatory to provide optional information, and you may use the service without doing so.

1. Use for Marketing and Advertising
① Development of new features and provision of customized services
② Distribution of newsletters and information about new features (products)
③ Provision of promotional information such as discounts and coupons

2. Use for Marketing and Advertising
‘THE SWING’ may provide members with various information through service screens, SMS, push notifications, emails, etc., during the operation of the SWING service. Mandatory information, such as payment instructions, as well as certain benefit-oriented information, will be provided regardless of consent to receive them.

3. Consent and Withdrawal
If you do not wish to receive marketing information provided by The Swing Corporation, you may request a withdrawal of consent. Additionally, you may consent anew to the use of marketing in the future.
Retention and Usage Period

4. Until consent is withdrawn after being given by the information subject.
※ However, according to related laws, every two years there will be a notification of the status of marketing consent and the withdrawal process.
